The Yau Tsim Mong Concern for Livelihood Association was established in 1994 by a group of passionate local residents dedicated to improving community living conditions. Given many tenement buildings in the Yau Tsim Mong district, the association provides support to owners' corporations and residents, including those living in subdivided units and low-income families. Their services include assistance with building management and maintenance, promoting fire safety, environmental hygiene and rental control policies. By working with various government departments, public organizations and community groups, the association aims to contributing to society through a range of services for low-income families and underprivileged communities.
