Our agency has been providing service to Hong Kong Island for many years and devoted to providing professional and diverse service for the unprivileged citizens and the new arrivals. Since large amount of our service users live in subdivided units, we have accumulated rich experience of subdivided units service. Besides, our agency has developed a good community network, including good co-operative relationships with NGOs, residents’ organizations, schools and other organizations, which helps in providing timely and effective service.

The service scope of service team of NHA District Service Team (HKI):
1. Organize volunteer team with different activities to promote the Tenancy Control on subdivided units, Basic Housing Units Ordinance, Transitional Housing and Light Public Housing to the Public
2. Answer the enquiry of the Tenancy Control on subdivided units and Basic Housing Units Ordinance
3. Provide different related information of the Tenancy Control on subdivided units, Basic Housing Units Ordinance, Transitional Housing and Light Public Housing
4. Suspected illegal case referral to RVD or other government departments for further following up
5. Provide supportive services for residents of subdivided units, i.e. SDU Electricity Charges Relief by HK Electric, applying for Transitional Housing, assisting in handling application of LPH.
