Lok Kwan Social Service (LKSS) is appointed as the contractor to operate the Information Portal of Subdivided Unit District Service Teams. The platform releases details of Part IVA of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap. 7), as well as news and useful information relevant to subdivided units (SDUs). In addition, it provides information on housing policies related to "Basic Housing Unit", "Light Public Housing", and "Transitional Housing". The platform also consolidates upcoming events and event highlights from the 6 District Service Teams.
